High resolution TOSHIBA camera

  • Two 5400x3 pixels CCD (charged coupled device) sensor Toshiba company, made in Japan cameras are used for each chute.
  • Has features like spectral confocal system, geometric centre positioning, visible light ultra-clear sensing which make it capable to do shape sorting and image capturing.
  • Enables the user to do sorting of defective grain of his own choice.
  • Can detect up to 50000 lines/sec

High Precision Ejector Valves [MATRIX and SMC]

  • Matrix (made in Italy) or SMC (made in Japan) ejector valves are used as per the customer demand or engineer’s recommendations.
  • Has life of more than 5 billion times shoots.
  • Capable of high-speed accurate ejection process, 0.9ms response time
  • Easy maintenance.

Intelligent Processing

  • International standard, top level ARM [Advanced RISC (Reduced instruction set computer) Machines]
  • FPGA [Field-programmable gate array] dual core processing system
  • Techik proprietary operating software makes commanding and control reliable and consistent

Human Machine Interface HMI

  • 15-inch ultra-high resolution colour touch panel
  • Various important functions like image capturing, LED background colour change, RGB configuration, shape sorting, grading and many other setting modes to meet the customer demand.

Smart Background LED

  • High resolution LED lamp having life more than 50,000 running hours
  • High brightness and programmable LEDs
  • Smart LED: Color can be changed by changing the RGB (Red Green Blue) configuration

Line filter Separators

  • Act as extra layer of safety in order to prevent oil and moisture to enter in the input air
  • Has higher the capacity than regular filters
  • Helps increasing life of ejector valves.
  • Protect the machine from dust and oil.

InGaAs composite Infrared technology

Premium series sorter like M-Digi image capture is supported by InGaAs composite Infrared technology which can even detect errors in the grain which cannot be seen in the visible spectrum
